This operational privacy notice explains the information Timeshare Agent needs to provide its workspace. Have qualified counsel review and approve this policy, including retention periods and jurisdiction-specific disclosures, before public launch.

Information processed

Account contact information, agent-entered sales and commission records, owner contact details, owner consent decisions and sources, task notes, audit events, and payment-provider transaction references may be processed to operate the service.

How it is used

Information is used to provide the workspace, secure accounts, process subscriptions through the configured payment provider, deliver support, and operate the agent-approved follow-up integration. Card data is handled by the payment provider, not stored in this application.

Sharing

Data is only shared with the service providers needed to deliver the configured services, such as hosting, payment, email, or an agent-approved automation provider. It may also be disclosed when required by law.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information, subject to applicable retention obligations. Owner communications must be managed by the responsible agent and their organization.

Security

The service uses access controls, HTTPS in production, tenant-scoped application records, signed payment webhooks, and consent gates. No system can guarantee absolute security; report suspected account misuse promptly.
