This policy explains what information [Company name, LLC], operating as Timeshare Agent and Vacation Owner Care, collects and how we use it.

Information about agents

When you apply for the pilot or open a membership we collect your name, phone, email, the developer or brand you sell for, your experience, and your billing details. Card details go straight to Stripe and are not stored by us.

Information about owners

When an agent adds a sale we receive the owner’s name, phone, email, what they bought, and the sale date. As we care for the owner we keep notes of the calls, texts, and emails between the owner and their care guide, and the care steps completed. We use this only to care for that owner and to report to their agent.

How we use it

To run the service, to contact owners on their agent’s behalf, to send the Monday report to the agent, to bill memberships, and to answer support questions. We do not sell personal information. We do not share one agent’s owners with another agent. We do not use owner information for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the companies we need to run the service: hosting, email, texting and calling, payments, and an AI assistant that helps our care team draft replies. Each one is bound to use the information only for our service. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Texts and calls

Owners are contacted only after they have agreed to hear from their care team. Every text explains how to stop, and any owner can ask us to stop at any time by text, email, or phone.

How long we keep it

Owner records are kept while care is active and deleted 60 days after care ends. Care may continue through a 60-day payment grace period. Limited billing and legal records, deletion audit stubs, and STOP suppression records are kept only as needed. Agent account records are kept for as long as the account exists and for the period tax law requires afterwards.

Your choices

Agents and owners can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about them by emailing us. We answer within 30 days.

Security

Accounts are protected with passwords, connections use HTTPS, and each agent can see only their own owners. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think an account has been misused.
