How it works

Your owners get a care team. You get your week back.

The sale is the easy part to remember. The weeks after are where owners get lost: a login that never got made, autopay that never got set, a booking window that came and went, a stranger calling about resale.

Timeshare Agent gives every owner you sell a named care guide under the Vacation Owner Care name. They handle the routine, pass you anything that needs you, and send you one report every Monday.

The weeks after the sale are where owners get lost.

You are good in the room. Nobody is paying you to spend the next month on hold with Owner Services, walking someone through a login, or explaining the same booking rule four times.

So it does not get done. The owner feels dropped, the first stay never happens, and the next call they take is from an exit company. None of that is a sales problem. It is a care problem.

A care desk that works under your name.

Each owner gets a welcome text and a call from their care guide, with you named as their agent. From there the guide works through six steps and reports to you every Monday.

01

The welcome call comes from a person.

Within three days of the sale, the care guide calls, says who they are and who you are, and asks what the owner needs first.

02

Account and autopay get finished, not just explained.

The guide stays on the line while the owner creates their online account and turns on autopay with the developer.

03

The first stay actually gets booked.

We remind owners when their booking window opens and help them book inside the rules of what they bought.

04

Anything that needs you comes to you.

A question about adding a week or a referral goes to you with what the owner said. We never quote prices or make sales offers.

Owners keep every right in their contract, including cancelling before their deadline.

That rule keeps developers comfortable, keeps owners trusting the care line, and keeps the Monday report honest: it counts care steps, never “saves”.

We are a care team, not a second sales floor.
