Who we are

Timeshare Agent and Vacation Owner Care are operated by [Company name, LLC] (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between us and the sales agent who opens a membership (“you”).

The service

We provide owner care for the people you sell to: a welcome call, help activating their online account, help setting up autopay, help booking a first stay, a scam check when they ask for one, and a weekly report to you every Monday. We also give you a read-only page to look up your owners. We act on your behalf and under the Vacation Owner Care name. We never sell, upsell, quote prices, or give legal, tax, or financial advice to an owner. Owners keep every right in their contract, including cancelling before their deadline.

Membership and billing

Membership is billed monthly through Stripe and renews every month until you cancel. Founder membership is $175 per month plus $50 for each new owner you add. Regular membership is $369 per month plus $75 for each new owner you add. Founder pricing is limited to the first ten agents and stays at that price for as long as your membership remains active without a break; if you cancel and later return, the regular price applies. Per-owner fees are charged when an owner is added to your care list. Prices shown at checkout are part of these terms.

How long care continues

Care continues for every owner on your list while your membership is active. If a payment is missed, care continues for 60 days after non-payment so you can bring your membership back. If the membership is not brought back inside those 60 days, care for your owners ends and we tell the owners that their care team is closing.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, as shown in Stripe. We do not refund partial months.

Your responsibilities

You must have the owner’s permission before you add them to your care list, and you must tell them that a care team will contact them. You must give us accurate information about each sale. You may use the service only for owners you personally sold and only in line with your employer’s policies and the law. You may not use the service to collect, resell, or export owner lists.

Owner information

Owner information you give us is used only to care for that owner and to report to you. We do not sell it, share it with other agents, or use it to market to owners. See the privacy policy for details.

Limits

We make every reasonable effort to reach each owner, but we cannot guarantee that an owner will answer, activate an account, make a payment, or keep their purchase. We are not responsible for decisions an owner makes.

Changes

If we change these terms we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
